A different kind of work
Global Education Testing is moving from traditional in-person assessment to a digital-first remote model. You will assess students attending international schools worldwide.
This is a different kind of work from assessment within a state system. Many educational psychologists are used to practising inside a framework of local education authorities, statutory thresholds and public funding, where the report exists largely to establish eligibility and unlock provision that already sits behind a legal gate.
International school families have no such system behind them. There is no authority to appeal to, no statutory funding to release. The report is not a key to unlock benefits, because there are none to unlock.
What matters instead is the quality of the clinical work itself: the right diagnosis and clear, practical recommendations that the teachers, SENCOs and parents supporting the student can act on directly.
Global Education Testing works with experienced psychologists who conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents and young adults.
Applicants must hold current registration or licensure to practise psychology independently in their jurisdiction, including:
UK HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
United States Licensure through a State Board of Psychology, or School Psychologist certification.
Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Canadian Registration with a Provincial College of Psychologists.
Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Educational Psychologist.
Listed on the Swiss Federal Register of Psychology Professionals (PsyReg).
Equivalent statutory registration from other jurisdictions is welcome alongside substantial psychoeducational assessment experience.
You will be experienced with the instruments this work relies on: the WISC-V and WAIS, WIAT, CTOPP-2, the MOXO CPT, and the wider battery through to the DISCO for ASD. Just as important is the report at the end of it, the diagnosis and the recommendations, written to match and exceed trhe requirements of with the IB, iGCSE, A-Level, College Board, and with university disability services worldwide.
