14 Jun Ako diagnostikujeme dyslexiu v druhom jazyku

Čakanie nepresnejšie určí diagnózu a dieťa to medzitým stojí roky podpory.
Jadrom dyslexie je rozdiel vo fonologickom spracovaní, ťažkosti s reprezentáciou a manipuláciou so zvukmi reči spolu s pomalým vybavovaním si známych mien a zníženou pracovnou pamäťou.
Rýchlosť pomenovávania, fonologické uvedomenie, pracovná pamäť, rýchlosť spracovania informácií, uvažovanie o tvaroch a vzoroch a čítanie nezmyselných slov priamo využívajú základné systémy bez toho, aby dieťa muselo veľa ovládať angličtinu.
Miešanie, segmentácia a manipulácia so zvukmi priamo odhaľuje fonologický systém.
- Indexy fluidného a neverbálneho uvažovania v rámci rovnakých kognitívnych meraní.
Štruktúrovaná vývojová a jazyková anamnéza zachytáva, t. j.
Dve deti to potvrdzujú.
Obaja majú silné, plynulé uvažovanie a slabé čítanie a pravopis v angličtine.
Druhý má nízke fonologické uvedomenie, pomalé pomenovávanie, zníženú pracovnú pamäť a rýchlosť spracovania, najmä slabé dekódovanie neslovných výrazov, rovnaké ťažkosti v prvom jazyku a rodič, ktorý ho pozná z vlastnej školskej dochádzky.
Presne to robí mapovanie.
Odtiaľ hodnotenie vedie k mierkam jazykovej primeranosti, fonologickým úlohám a úlohám rýchlosti pomenovania CTOPP-2, pracovnej pamäti a rýchlosti spracovania, plynulému uvažovaniu a dekódovaniu neslovných výrazov a váži skóre zaťažené angličtinou ako údaj o expozícii, a nie o schopnostiach.
Pokiaľ ide o jazyk, uvádza to rovnako jasne.
