Domače naloge so postale nočni boj.
- Razume kompleksne ideje, ko o njih govori, vendar jih težko izrazi pisno.
Včasih najstnik sam zastavi to vprašanje.
Ocenjevanje ni samodejni naslednji korak v vsakem primeru.
Poročila so pripravljena s sklicevanjem na diagnostične okvire DSM-5-TR in ICD-11, kjer je to ustrezno.
Postopek se začne s podrobno anamnezo. Želimo razumeti razvoj vašega najstnika, izobrazbo, prejšnjo podporo, zdravje, čustveno počutje in trenutne težave doma in v šoli.
- MOXO: pozornost, pravočasnost in impulzivnost.
- POVZETEK-2, Conners in SNAP: ocenjevalne lestvice, ki zbirajo informacije o pozornosti in izvršilnih funkcijah.
- DASH: hitrost pisanja z roko.
- Taylorjev test kompleksne figure: vizualno-prostorska organizacija in načrtovanje.
Naslednji primeri so ilustrativni sestavljeni primeri in ne opisi prepoznavnih študentov.
1. Prejšnja podpora je po selitvi šol izginila.
Trinajstletnik je bil ocenjen v osnovni šoli in so mu ugotovili težave z branjem. Po selitvi družine v drugo državo nova šola nima jasne slike o učenčevih potrebah. Bralne zahteve pri predmetih humanistike v srednji šoli postanejo prevelike. Posodobljena ocena pomaga razjasniti trenutni profil in daje šoli praktična priporočila.
Ocena ugotavlja močno sklepanje skupaj s pomanjkljivostmi v hitrosti obdelave in delovnem spominu. Skupaj z razvojno anamnezo in meritvami pozornosti ugotovitve podpirajo diagnozo ADHD, pretežno nepozorne predstavitve. Poročilo pomaga razložiti težave in oblikuje priporočila za podporo v šoli in pri izpitih.
Kognitivna ocena obravnava različne vidike razmišljanja in učenja posameznika.
Vključuje zbiranje razvojne anamneze, pregled šolskih informacij, izvajanje in ocenjevanje testov, interpretacijo rezultatov, upoštevanje diagnostičnih meril in pisanje poročila.
Global Education Testing potrdi trenutne cene in kaj krijejo, ko družine povprašajo.
